I didn't include the Sok's yet and didn't count the roads in the space configuration, just all spaces in between the main roads (280 squares). I used only the top row and stretched in to 40 squares wide and 7 squares long. I recreated the bottom one in excel since the top is r/crappydesign. Are these two pictures accurate representations or outdated, faulty ones? Similarly, the Zen and Emperor have their dimensions backwards as well. In total this layout uses 6 rocks, 4 gongs, 5 ponds, 4 zen zones, and 4 emperor's entrances so it does mesh with what you have.In these two examples the Sakura and Nishiki are 3x2 buildings, but I know the Sakura is a 2x3 building because I have one in my city and the Nishiki in my inventory is also 2x3. In the event you had 4 rocks to support instead of only 2, one emperor's entrance can be shared with the second set of 2 rocks so it becomes 4 zen zones, 2 ponds, and 3 entrances to support 4 rocks instead of 2,1,2 to support 2. The zen zones will not provide goods, or the emperor's entrance the 2nd FP at level 2. The emperor's entrances and zen zones in this section aren't fully supported but are supported enough to provide 1 FP as level 1s (1 support for emperor, 2 for zen) so that they're not a total waste of space. The bottom section demonstrates supporting additional rocks minimally in a way that meshes well with a normal row of buildings. Roads aren't fixed in stone and exact positions depend on what else you'd fill the area with. One rock-pond pair can be removed from the middle segment if maximising rocks wasn't a priority.

The top section with the gongs uses the double set layout that shares emperor entrance and zen zone to maximise rocks.
